E-Commerce site B2B & B2C

I'm looking for an E-commerce solution which can manages B2B & B2C :

My basic requirements are as follows :

- An integrator MUST be available in France (ideally near Paris)
- The solution must show solid references
- Can be integrated and Interfaced with Navision 3.60

Of course there's ExpandIT but they don't have an ExpandIT integrator in France :
