How can I fix my Picture with in Picture Box

Dear frends,

When I import a picture, I want to fix the picture with in picture box. eg. if picture box size is (w:100, H:100). And if my picture size is (w:60, H:60). How can fix this picture, with in a picture box.

Sizing bitmaps is not possible in Navision.
