Sorry, i mean MANUFACTURING Module #-o0

Their ID's range from 99000750 to 99003805. Also in the tables there are fields in this range.
There are also other objects involved (e.g. Tables 358,5405,5406,...).Regards,Alain Krikilion

In my navision, the module's ID begin from 99000750 to 99000866. I see it from object designer windows. you must aware that the sequence of numbers are not correct. e.g. ID 99000766-99000769 are not available in my nav. 4.00 SP.01.

Best way how to look up which objects are for Manufacturing is to look into configurator or somewhere, where you have the granules and objects which are part of the granule (I remember some download there on mibuso about such a list, of course for older version of Navision)0

I think it is this one:http://www.mibuso.com/dlinfo.asp?FileID=299kine wrote:(I remember some download there on mibuso about such a list, of course for older version of Navision)Regards,Alain Krikilion

I have a custom database with 2.60 Manufacturing module'objects. After the migration of this database from Nav 2.60 to Nav 4.0 i have to install objects of Manufacturing module of navision 4.0. How to do this?Should i just import the objects that ID is between 99000750 and 99003805 into tha custom database?0

When migrating from 2.60 to 4.0, this should be ok.

BTW did you use the upgrade objects for 2.60 manufacturing? Or just use the 2.60 Financials?Regards,Alain Krikilion

I upgraded from 2.60 to 4.0. After upgrade i compiled all objects in database and i got errors with objects that ID is around 9900****. I have to install objects of the manufacturing module V4.0.How to do this?0

If you compile them 1 by 1, what kind of errors do you get?hazem wrote:I upgraded from 2.60 to 4.0. After upgrade i compiled all objects in database and i got errors with objects that ID is around 9900****. I have to install objects of the manufacturing module V4.0.How to do this?
If you have as error "Could not load the selected type library.", it means that you don't have registered some ocx or dll that is used in that object => no problem if you haven't changed the object.Regards,Alain Krikilion

All the objects with errors are from v2.60 or low. Error messages are about inexistant forms or undefined variables...I have to install manufacturing module v4.0 but how to do this? :?0

I have the idea you didn't follow correctly the upgrade-manual.
Because at a certain point the manual says to delete all old objects (except tables) and at another point it says to import the new objects (=standard objects+customized objects). The standard objects contain all objects for manufacturing.Regards,Alain Krikilion
