I tried to filter records before getting hyperlink and sending filtered variable as a parameter like this

it didn't help
Also, I tried to make something like:

It didn't work too.

is it possible to make NAV 2009 R2 connect automatically (by internal event and every xx minutes) to an externally hosted web-webshop like e.g. magento?
It should place orders there as well as receive updates for some NAV-fields from the shop like the order status?
This would be a workaround to interface with our internal systems as the shop would be set-up just for this purpose and we would use directly the shop's database.

Our client has advised that they have got few Hand held devices including Motorola MC75A devices and Intermec CN51 devices and at the moment. They are wanting us to check whether these hand held devices are compatible with ADCS out-of-box functionality. They have also advised that the current devices (Motorola MC75A & Intermec CN51) are capable of running Windows Mobile 6.5 and Android.

Most importantly, NAV documentation says that ADCS has to have VT100 compatible devices.

According to manual, it's mentioned that "All character-based handheld devices that have a VT100 interface will work with ADCS, although you may have to implement minor adjustments with some models. When you use a handheld device, you must be able to connect either the Access Point or the RF terminal to the IP or port address of the ADCS server."

Will we be able to use Motorola MC75A & Intermec CN51 for NAV ADCS ?

Can somebody advise some thoughts on us.

Trying to update a field in a blanket order sales line, via web-service.

To set field "A", i must have set field "B". This is the behaviour (custom) in Navision.
Problem is that when i send the UPDATE call via SOAP, it sets A and B at the same time, causing NAV to send a error message. If i set just B, it is okay. If i set A just after, the key is used and i get a error stating someone else has modified the order.

I do not want to read the entire order again, to issue another UPDATE to field A. Do i really need to?

Also, to identify the specific sales line, i use its key. Is it another value i could/should use instead, who could predict somehow? Saves some read/iteration, i could just read the initial sales order header key and figure out number of linesm and then calculate the id of the line i want to change, or something like that.

Im new to this forum, but have been doing a few web design jobs for the past few years. Anyway, as an out of the box ecommerce solution, i do like Magento, but when it comes to introducing a bilingual website with it, it can be a lot of hassle, as it's not the easiest of scripts to edit the language files on. We have a link setup from an external system in to NAV using web services, however we have a rather strange error when it comes to orders with more that 4x item lines, our process for interacting with the SalesOrder web service goes as:

1. Create order header
2. Loop through the ordered products and:
2.a. Create a Blank order item line.
2.b Update the blank line with the data.

The NAV system simply hangs (or doesnt respond via the web service request) on the 5th iteration of 2.b.

The order creates fine if its created manually in the NAV GUI.
The item No. cant be at fault as we’ve mixed up the order of the lines and tried several different orders with different No.’s however every time it stops on that 5th 2.b.

Is there any NAV logs that I can try to retrieve on the NAV server that might help?, or is their like a really basic/obvious setting that someones missed that may cause such an error on the SOAP server?

Is it possible to get the total number of results from a web service?

For example, if queriying the ItemCard, the PageSize is set to 200, is there any way to find out what the max number of results will be? (e.g Total 8425 total Items). Or is it just a case of looping through until there are no more results?
