Customer Statement - Report is not executing.

in NAV Three Tier
Dear All,
When i try to click Statement Button on the ribbon on customer list page in RTC, it does not execute (nothing happens). I m using Dynamics NAV 2016. It is running in Sample Demo company but not running on my client's database. Can any tell me what is the issue??

I have even try from dev environment it is codeunit 8110 which basically runs . I have try to run it from dev environment but nothing happens. Please help me!

    Have you selected which report to run in "Report Selection - Sales" ("Customer Statement" option)?
