Navigation Pane - Can't remove a list

I removed the List Sales Quotes from my Navigation Pane and now I have a list called "Sales Quotes - Open" that I can't get rid of. It is not showing up in the Customize Navigation Pane to remove. Any suggestions? I attached a screen shot.

I remember a post where someone was able to hide it by changing the font so it didn't look like it was really there. You'd have to search for it though.
