Windows Client are losing connection after waking up from Sleep

Hi,

maybe you know the solution for this annoying little problem.
If I have running Windows Client on my laptop (all connection locally) every time when the computer waking up from Sleep all my Windows Clients are losing connection

Maybe there is a timeout setting which can be changed...or maybe this is a SQL glitch?

Yes and the version(s) : 2015 and 201

I have the same problem. I have no idea on how to fix it. I don't think it is possible.
