Printing a Word-layout report to PDF

Hello everyone,
I've got a strange issue with printing a Word-layout report to PDF, it sais:
A call to Microsoft.Dynamics.Nav.PdfWriter.WordToPdf.ConvertToPdf failed with this message: Unable to read beyond the end of the stream.
Ordinary printing and opening in Word works fine. Any ideas?

What version of Microsoft Word are you using?
You can also save the PDF from Word instead (File -> Export -> Create PDF/XPS Document)
sending documents to Word and then to PDF is something I have suggested to the customer, but they are not satisfied at all
