Incoming documents OCR service - how to process lines?

I am testing OCR Service Incoming Documents to convert scanned invoice (pdf) into NAV document. The converted document contains only header information and totals, but not any lines details. Does somebody have any experience how to retrieve document's lines with OCR?

    Dont use the OCR from MS. Its totaly useless and to expensive for an anounced FREE OCR Service. I also never want so send all my invoices to USA/NSA for a checkup. Try Document Capture from Continua.

    So you are saying the current provider which converts the documents is a no go?

    Im trying to use the OCR feature with the Lexmark Invoice Capture Service for Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2016 , but i have encountered some difficulties when it comes to create a data exchange type which i find pretty complexe,
