Setting default column width in table field containing BLOB

Hi everyone,
I am trying to make progress bar summary by this tutorial: https://olofsimren.com/custom-progress-bar-in-dynamics-nav-2013-r2/ , but I am stuck with default visibility for the first view of List Page. So I tried to set up default value of the field, where the progress bar is. But I got an error saying, that I can't set column width of field with BLOB.
Has anyone an idea how to fix this? Maybe the possible solution is set picture saved in my BLOB as a background of the field, not as a value.
