Newbie question on Create Layout Suggestion on Classic Report

Hi

I am transforming classic client into v.2015 for the first time. I have a question. When I apply "Create Layout Suggestion" on a report that is very similar to a "Journal-test: report on 2009, it creates a layout without headers and footers. They are gone as well as well many other sections such error-list. Only the data-set section is available. I want to assure myself that this is normal and I need to create header-footer and other sections manually on Report Builder.

I am asking this question because I wathced a video on Youtube on report upgrade and the conversion tool created a very nice layout for a complex report. And I am not sure what to expect Nav's conversion tools.

Create Layout suggestion will create only 10-20% rdlc layout for complex things and we have to add remaining things manually. Not sure which video do you mean..
