How can i solve Deserialization failed: ?

Hi,
When i am opening RTC Layout then showing warning message like this :
Warning :Deserialization failed: is not a valid value. Line 1512, position 12.
But i have successfully done changes and Run the same report more than 10 Times.
I don't know how to resolve this .please help me .
