Calculation of Depreciation as Per Italian GAP

Hi Guys,
Need help on the process of calculation of depreciation as per Italian GAP.
We have one customer having an head office in Italy so his expectation is depreciation on FA has to be calculated as per Italian GAP.
As per Italian GAP depreciation on FA has to be calculated in following manner.

If any FA is being purchase under category Plant & Machinery and Normal rate of Depn. is 40%
then in the first year depn. has to calculate on the basis of 50% of normal rate of depn.

This is the requirement.
Is this feature is available in Italian DB as i had download the italian DB from partnersource.

So if any one have idea about it then please let me know.
