How to retrieve a deleted PO?

Hello,

A user in my client company has deleted one Purchase Order by mistake. Is there any way to get it back?

If you use and have a "Purchase Order Archive" Version.
Or, if you have "Posted Purchase Receipt" <- then based on this documents.

Dear garak,

After reading your response I generated a PO,archived it and then deleted the original PO.

Later I created a new PO with only PO number on the header.

I thought Copy document function may be used to copy this archived PO.But in the options for copying documents,the archived document option is not present.

Please let me know how can I use archived PO for copying or otherwise so that I can have details of original PO.

I don't see it. What version are you using?

4,xx, 3.7 and 5.01. But all are the german version.
Is this "feature" not in the W1 (not checked)?

It's not in the NA version so I'm assuming it's not in the W1 version as well.
